Financial Policies

Our goal is to provide you with the finest care at affordable fees. Our experienced staff works with all insurance plans and can answer any specific questions about your particular plan. We will help you maximize your benefits and will follow up with your insurance plan to make sure they pay your benefits appropriately and in a timely manner.

We will help with your insurance. We are happy to file claims for you. If you have insurance, we ask for your portion of the fee at the time of service, and we will bill your insurance for the remainder. If there is any discrepancy between what we thought your insurance would pay and what they actually paid, we will reconcile that with you later.

We generally ask for payment at the time of service. For your convenience, we accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express. We also partner with CareCredit and with Cherry Financial to provide no-interest and low interest payment plans. We do ask that you help us make those arrangements before the service is rendered, so you avoid any surprises.

Dr. Janse is a Diplomate of the American Board of Endodontics and is also a clinical associate professor at the University of Texas at San Antonio.

Dr. Bates is a board-certified Diplomate of the American Board of Endodontics and is also certified in oral conscious sedation.

Dr. Rayyan is a Diplomate of the American Board of Endodontics and is also a clinical assistant professor at the University of Texas at San Antonio.

Dr. Thompson is a board-certified Diplomate of the American Board of Endodontics and is also board certified in forensic odontology.
