Meet Dr. Clark

A portrait of Dr. Tracy Clark Like his colleagues in the practice, Dr. Tracy M. Clark is also a board-certified Diplomate of the American Board of Endodontics, a distinction awarded to only about one-fifth of endodontists. Dr. Clark returned to private practice after serving three years as Endodontics Clinical Director and Assistant Professor at the UT Health Houston School of Dentistry. Prior to his career in education, Dr. Clark practiced 30 years as owner of Clark Dental Associates and West Houston Endodontics.

Dr. Clark earned both his DDS (1988) and Certificate in Endodontics (2000) from the University of Texas Health Science Center at San Antonio Dental School where he won a national award from the American Association of Endodontists for research in dental pain. He became board-certified in Endodontics in 2007. He is a former Endodontic Consultant to the Texas State Board of Dental Examiners and continues to serve as a member of the Scientific Advisory Board for the Journal of Endodontics. Having lectured on endodontics at both dental meetings and numerous study clubs, Dr. Clark is an active member of the American Board of Endodontics, the American Association of Endodontists, the American Dental Association, Texas Dental Association, and Greater Houston Dental Society.
